This fall, we will gather in the wild, serene landscape of the Anderson Valley (in California’s famed wine country) to tend to ourselves. We will focus on regenerating and rewilding through the practices of yoga, meditation, and pranayama with the support of nourishing food, replenishing bodywork, and loving community.
Two Yoga Practices Daily: Our morning practice will begin with a clearing and energizing pranayama practice followed by a vigorous, strengthening vinyasa flow. Our afternoon practices will be deep and restorative, allowing our nervous systems space to recalibrate and renew.
Exquisite Bodywork: We will have an acupuncturist and massage therapist on site to support both your physical and energetic bodies. These practitioners are uniquely gifted and bring decades of experience as well as great wisdom, heart and intuition to their work.
Three Delicious Meals Daily: Healthy, delicious food is a wondrous and essential aspect of supporting our wellbeing. Our chef delights in sharing medicinal creations full of flavor, color, nutrients, and joy. We’ll indulge in communal meals and an optional cooking class that includes a magical elixir!
