Spring is the perfect time to tend to and connect with your womb. Even after experiencing a pregnancy or infant loss, as we shed our tears, there is also a renewal that happens, each and every time. Join us in the beautiful serene hills and open meadows of Anderson Valley as spring unfolds around us and we take in the environment of renewal, of connection and of tending to your womb.

Delight in activities such as somatic based movement, art meditation, drumming, sound healing, guided hikes, herbal and cooking workshops, and guided womb self massage practices. Included are deliciously prepared organic meals, dips in the nearby lake and hot tub soaks to help round out your experience.

The goal for this retreat is for you to walk away with tools needed so your story may continue to be told, you can continuously feel into your body, be nourished emotionally and physically and build the resilience that is needed as you step into the world of joy and grief.
