This nourishing 3 night retreat will offer many opportunities for connection. Connection to yourself, to the land, and to each other. Your stay will include daily practices, healthy meals, hikes, time to rest, or perhaps to get a massage. There will be daily Pilates and Yoga classes. The morning classes will be more dynamic, and the afternoon session more gentle and restorative. There will also be optional guided morning meditations. Nourishing meals will be lovingly prepared by our favorite Chef, Carin McKay.
