Join Monique and Sheana for a 4-day (3-night) Silent Yoga and Meditation Retreat. Entering the New Year in silence can be a profound way to renew ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Our daily practices will focus on deepening presence with ourselves and the beauty of nature around us, and reflecting on the meaning that the close of the year uniquely holds for each of us.
Retreat Experience:
Morning meditation
Mid-morning slow flow vinyasa (all levels)
Early evening Yin / Restorative yoga (inward practices)
Evening meditation

Opening and closing circle
Free time each afternoon for:
Self-reflection, hiking, soaking in the hot tub
Healing bodywork session (separate cost)
Three nourishing, organic vegetarian meals daily
