Retreats offer you the ability to press pause on the busy-ness of your everyday life in order to connect more deeply with yourself. Hermosas Retreats offer an especially beautiful community of like-hearted women to do this with. We are women who love to meditate and sip wine, who enjoy… talking about heartfelt matters and moving our hips like Shakira, being active as much as we adore resting, laughing and expressing our deeper truths.
This Hermosas Retreat led by Heather Alaine and Valerie Tookes will allow you to land embodied, grounded, and grateful. Days begin with tea/coffee and a light breakfast prepared lovingly by a personal chef before being led in guided meditation and gentle movement. After a break to walk, sit with a book, or journal, Heather will lead you through a super fun dance experience (if you tap your toes while making dinner listening to music, you can do it!) After a delicious lunch, you will have time to take a nap, read that book that you’ve had on the backburner, or chat with other Hermosas. Late afternoon sessions allow for creativity and reflection before winding down each day with gentle yoga before dinner.
Hermosas Retreats weave together daily physical practice, soul nourishing food, and time for deep connection to ourselves and other amazing women so that you can stand fully in your center. Join us for a long weekend of embodied practice before the holidaze to best show up for all the moving parts when you go back to your everyday life.
