Wake up to the golden light of sunrise stretching over rolling hills as we begin each morning with meditation and gentle movement. Afterward, enjoy a nourishing breakfast made by our private chef using fresh, local ingredients.

Each day includes sprinklings of soul-work, dance, and strength practices designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and deeply connected to your body.

Afternoons are yours to enjoy at your own pace—wander through sunlit trails, rest under an ancient oak, read that book you’ve been meaning to start, or connect with other Hermosas. Whether you choose to journal in the warm breeze, take a peaceful nap, or simply soak in the beauty of your surroundings, this time is yours to savor.

As the day winds down, we’ll come together for a gentle yoga session to restore and reflect before gathering for nourishing and delicious dinners under the open sky.

This Hermosas Retreat is a space to reconnect—with yourself, nature, and an incredible community of women. Through movement, nourishment, and rest, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and inspired.
