Women identifying practitioners from any and all backgrounds and meditation / yoga experience levels are welcome. Our retreat will be held in the container of Noble Silence to deepen our inner and outer listening.
Enjoy daily outdoor meditation instructions & silent practice along with gently guided yoga & movement. Explore Whispertree trails that access the ridge-top and wind through the woods and alongside creeks and a swimming pond. Retreat into a spacious yoga barn for some practice and a redwood hot tub for renewal and restoration. Delight in ample time to wander according to your own rhythms.
There are a variety of sliding scale lodging options to choose from – glamping, rooms indoors, single accommodations and shared. Our retreat fee just covers the basic costs of putting on the retreat (primarily food & the retreat center fee). On the final retreat day, you’ll be invited to offer dana (AKA donate) to the Retreat Teacher and to Off-Grid Retreats. Dana, or mutual giving, has supported Buddhist cultures for 2500 years!
