The New Year is a beautifully poignant time to find refuge and renewal in the practices of awareness, kindness and wisdom. Join us for a long weekend retreat, meeting yourself just as you are, renewing any intentions for the coming year, and strengthening your practice through connection with yourself, each other, and the natural world.
Drawing on the teachings of the Buddha and held in the peaceful space of noble silence, our practices will include lovingkindness (metta) and mindfulness meditation, the gentle movement practice of qigong, small group practice discussions, daily dharma talks, and time for personal relaxation.
Everyone is welcome to attend, both beginning and seasoned practitioners. To support the intimacy of this retreat, the group will be limited to 15 people.
